Experience
For three years I was a dedicated high school instructor at a local Charlotte school. I loved every minute of it. My classroom sizes ranged from 30 to 40 students however I consistently tracked each students successes and targeted their areas of growth. I created individual plans for each student every quarter and together we implemented and tracked their road to succeeding their goals. As a tutor I will do the same for your child. Understanding that every child is different and that their needs will be different from anyone else's is key in a successful teacher. One shoe does not fit all, creativity is key in successfully teaching a student. Utilizing my experience teaching diverse populations and my success at allowing students to own their education and learning I am sure I can do the same for your student. I am very energetic and passionate about education. I am patient with my students realizing that greatness very rarely happens on the first try.
